Eat Healthy, Feel Great by William Sears

This is a great book for elementary grades. It talks about green light, yellow light, and red light foods - a concept that really stuck for my kids and they still talk about what is a green light (healthy) vs red light (not so healthy) food. I didn't agree with what it said about never eating red light foods, so we had a chat about those being occasional treats rather than everyday munchies. Highly recommend this book!

Food Safari Lunch DVD (are we allowed to post DVD's here too?)

Great DVD for younger kids about healthy eating and how apple juice and peanut butter are made. My children requested to watch it several times even during their "free" TV time.
