I got 2 wonderful kits at Hobby Lobby - One is called "Electricity" and one is called "Magnetism." I was having trouble finding some of the things called for in the original KONOS volumes, such as a strip of copper or whatever. These kits were great in that they had all the little stuff in them - a switch, a flashlight bulb in the holder, copper wire, a little motor, bar magnets, etc etc etc. What a help to have it all there. They had simple little experiments that you can do for all the stuff - My kids loved it!
The kits were about $20 each, but I used the infamous 40% off one item coupons. They are also available at Radio Shack, I think. They are in a black box with the name of the kit in yellow letters.
